How to Close a Completed Ticket
- Log on to your Client Lounge Account
 - Click on “Dashboard”
 - Click on ticket you wish to close
 - Click “Close Ticket” button at the top of the ticket
 - This will mark the ticket as completed
 - After you close a ticket please rate your service with the stars on the top
