How to view Ticket Information
- Log on to your Client Lounge Account
- Click on "Dashboard"
- Click "View Tickets" or scroll down to see your tickets
- Click on the ticket you wish to view
- Scroll down to the bottom of the ticket
- Click on drop down menu "Ticket Information"
